Installation of the Grecon Ultra TT Wood Jointing Line
The first step was to find the right machine for our client in terms of production capabilities and technical condition. Although we focused on machines no older than 10 years, it wasn’t an easy task. The decision was made to go with the Grecon Ultra TT wood jointing line with automatic block rotation (fully automatic machine).
Before installing the Grecon Ultra TT line, we had to efficiently dismantle the previous machine, namely the semi-automatic Grecon ProfiJoint wood jointing line. This is the basic version of the Grecon line designed for companies just starting out with finger-jointed wood or those with very small production needs.
After dismantling, we proceeded with the installation of the new machine. After about a week and resolving a few defects, we conducted tests and adjusted the machine to the client's material. The final step was providing training for the operators on how to use and maintain the machine. Of course, we remain on standby in case of any malfunction, but fortunately, Grecon machines generally generate very few issues.
GreCon ProfiJoint is a wood jointing line designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, intended for joining short wooden elements with finger joints.
