Complete Overhaul and Commissioning of the Goma FC-10 KZ6 - PZ6/2 Automatic Finger-Jointing Line for Our Estonian Client

At the request of our client from Estonia, we carried out a full overhaul of the Goma FC-10 KZ6 - PZ6/2 automatic finger-jointing line.

The renovation process lasted approximately three months, during which the machine was completely disassembled into its individual components.

We replaced:

  • Bearings

  • Conveyor belts

  • Pneumatic installations and equipment

  • The entire electrical cabinet and control system

  • All optical and inductive sensors

  • All electrical wiring

  • Guides, rails, and chains

  • Applied a new paint coating, along with several minor improvements

After the refurbishment and thorough testing at our workshop, the machine was shipped to Estonia. Once on-site, we reassembled and connected the machine. Performance tests were conducted, and all elements were adjusted to fit the client’s materials. Finally, we provided operator training for the client’s employees.

About Goma Finger-Jointing Lines

Goma’s finger-jointing lines are Polish-made products, manufactured since the early 1990s. These machines are known for their simple construction and ease of maintenance, resulting in low operating costs and quick repairs. Many Goma machines have been successfully exported to Africa, where they endure harsh working conditions and non-professional handling—yet they continue to operate effectively, whereas more expensive machines often fail under such circumstances.

This advanced system is designed for precise wood jointing in industrial production. It consists of the FC-10 KZ6 tenoning machine and the FC-10 PZ6/2 press, ensuring efficient and durable finger-jointing.
