Pneumatic Transport Line for Starch
The project involved the following tasks:
Control Cabinet Construction: We designed and constructed a control cabinet to manage the pneumatic transport system.
Electrical Schematics and AKPiA Installation: We created the necessary electrical diagrams and installed the AKPiA (Automated Control, Measurement, and Instrumentation) systems.
Transport Direction Distribution: We implemented a system for directing the transport flow of starch from the dryer to the packaging line and silo.
Modification of Relay-Contact Control for the Silo: We upgraded the silo control system to allow for starch transport to the packaging line.
Communication with Expansion Stations via Fiber Optics (etherCAT): We established communication with expansion islands in the silo using fiber-optic cables (etherCAT).
Connection to Silo Turntable Control via Ethernet: We connected the control system of the silo turntable using Ethernet communication.
Connection to Aspiration and Transport System (Siemens 1200 via Ethernet) on the Packaging Line: We integrated the aspiration and transport systems with the packaging line using Siemens 1200 PLC, communicating via Ethernet.
These tasks ensured the seamless integration of the pneumatic transport system with the starch production and packaging processes, improving efficiency and control across the entire system.
